“Our work at the DC Network for Expectant and Parenting Teens (DC NEXT!) relies heavily on the expertise of our Context Team, a group of young parents who provide us with critical feedback on the innovations and programming we support throughout the District. In order to best be able to showcase their work with the Context Team, these young parents expressed an interest in learning professional development skills, and Jill was a perfect fit to take on this task. Jill created and delivered a fantastic 4-week professional development series that included sessions on budgeting, resume building, public speaking, and entrepreneurship. Her curriculum was excellently tailored to the needs of our group, and our Context Team found the content to be extremely helpful!
